Ryan, as I understand it, users need to edit a post within a two minute window. Once two minutes has passed the post can no longer be edited.

Sofia, did you use the upload function for your signature image, or are you hosting the image elsewhere? I may need to mess with permissions to make uplaoded signature images visible.  And thanks for the redesign compliments 🙂

Working on image gallery fixes now. Filenames are out of whack. The MYSQL error code you were seeing should now be gone, can you confirm?

…And thanks for your help in spotting this stuff!

Better them be there and all over the place than deleted all together, I figured. It's because the old posts come from a completely different system and they are having trouble syncing. I'm working on it… it irritates me as well. The more we post, the less confusing it will become.

Very interesting, fatherbowdern. Did you put this together or is it a find…? I’d like to post it on the main page but need permission from whomever created it.

Hi MattyJ, welcome to The Exorcist Fansite.

I’m not inclined to consider The Exorcist a ‘cult’ film. It remains the highest grossing horror film of all time, changed the way staggered cinema releases occur and prompted a horror style that is still mimicked and used today. The Exorcist survives as one of the most recognizable and often-reference horror films in pop culture.

Having said that, this website alone proves that there are devoted followers who absolutely adore every frame of the film, while most might appreciate it but wouldn’t consider themselves fans. I guess, then; since The Exorcist definitely shouldn’t be considered a cult film, we must be ‘cult fans’? If that makes sense…

Google Earth supply co-ordinates, I’ll see if I can dig them up.

Here we go, the ‘keyhole’ link to the ‘Exorcist steps’:

Only works if you have Google Earth.

I personally believe it woudl be a high contender for the greatest film ever madfe, probably narrowly beaten by other classics like 2001: A Space Oddysey and The Godfather.

I maintain that The Exorcist is The Godfather of horror movies.

Without a doubt The Exorcist is the greatest horror film ever made.

I’m sure it will still make a mint. I’m fine with Halloween remakes so long as they steer clear of a certain classic being remade!! 😉

Posted this story here on CaptainHowdy.com back in February:

I think it’s great that she got the role especially seeing how ‘high profile’ the film and it’s release are going to be. Too bad the trailer/teaser points to it being a very mediocre film overall.
