It's incredibly lame. If a customer already owns TVYNS they are essentially paying full price for a bonus disc. They didn't even try to disguise it with a different menu.

The US DVD is the same, only it has different menus and the film is lifted from the Blu-ray. But all of the content/features– even the menu music– is exactly the same as TVYNS.

I've always found the term 'masturbation scene' an off-putting and somewhat inaccurate way of describing the scene. In the film, at least, there's very little eroticism (unless you're completely sick), it's all brutal.
