Finally have Regan on your mantle!

Fans of The Exorcist have always been somewhat starved of memorabilia for the horror film they love. While Jaws had lunchboxes and Freddy Kruger had masks with matching gloves, Exorcist fans have settled for much less over the years, often fishing out bogus eBay listings and scouting for second-hand copies of William Peter Blatty’s novel for compensation. Until now.

Finally, a fully licensed and endorsed Regan figurine is due to be released by NECA Toys in 2008.

The news comes from Figures.com who recently covered the 2008 Toy Fair where Regan and many other cult film figurines were announced and previewed.

Their website quotes NECA Toys: “A box set is scheduled based on Regan from The Exorcist in her bed and will include a motorized spinning head and sound chip.”

Images of the figurine are below. It is also noted that these are in the preview stages so specifics may change by the time it is released (for instance, NECA stating the box set will feature Regan in her bed, yet the images depict the spiderwalk scene).
