ParticipantI prefer Dominion, but I watch them both.
Both have strengths and both have weaknesses. Overall Dominion is superior though.SLASHerMan
ParticipantI noticed Airport 1975 is getting a Swedish DVD release soon. (Might be more than just locally, not sure)
I wonder if that’s worth watching?
I’m not buying it though.SLASHerMan
ParticipantHope you understand me though Pagan. 😉
I do have tons of rock, some pop, and even some rap in my collection. I do try to mix it up (as with films), but my two main preferences are metal and horror.SLASHerMan
ParticipantTook a while and some convincing, but I’m glad I rejoined!

ParticipantSure, they might not have aged all that well – but I still love them to death (at least the Friday films). Every Friday the 13th on the calendar, you can be sure I will be watching all 11 films in a row. It’s just campy (hope you don’t mind the pun), fun slasher horror.

ParticipantI like them both, but I actually think the remake has a slight edge. Might not feel as brutally realistic and unrelentless, but I like it a little beefed up and more modern.
And as for The Omen, that’s actually a remake I look forward to seeing in the theatre. If it’s lousy, the original will still exist in my collection.

ParticipantI absolutely love the DFD score for Dominion, especially Satan’s March. But also the strings in the later moments of the film.
I know the version of the song I heard before I saw it sounded just slightly different then the one in the end credits. Guess that’s just mixing though.

ParticipantVYNS. I like it being longer, I don’t mind the blueish tint (think it feels colder and a little more surreal/supernatural – Karras’ mother on the bed seems to glow for example). I also really like more modern sound and picture – if only VYNS had a DTS-track too, then I’d have everything I could ever want from it.

ParticipantWazza, I’ll take a guess at the last one.
House Of 1000 Corpses?I love The Devil’s Rejects, what a fun yet vicious film. It has about a hundred immortal lines.
Spaulding: If you’re gonna start the killing, you best start it right here. Make sure I’m all the way dead..or I’ll come back and make you my bitch!

ParticipantI’m a metal fan. From death to nu metal and black metal – my brother exposes me to pop on a regular basis too..boybands *shiver*.
One of my favourite bands is Arch Enemy.
Incredibly skilled musicians, and I like that Angela Gossow isn’t afraid to go all out with her voice.SLASHerMan
ParticipantThere are millions of them.
But one I like is the Cenobites first appearing before Kirsty in the original Hellraiser.
