What figure are you using for the “base”?

I recommend finding a plush base (I've used this one before) Then make hair for it (from yarn or fabric, but some people can make wigs but they can take a lot of work.  The face could be done with fabric paint, or have button eyes. And you could easily sew up a quick nightgown for it. It most likely wouldn't be to hard at all. 🙂

I hope to have it finish around the end of the year. I have to “root” the hair in (and that takes A LOT of time) and make some clothes for her. I have to work around my school work so I've been working on it every other weekend. Right now she has a little bit of hair in the front and back and it looks like a bad mullet. XD

The doll is 12-inches. And I think I will give her red hair. I might cut up the wig I used a few Halloweens ago when.  I was Regan. 😀

Thank you for the support! I did finish the painting the head and parts of the body.

 

The next step is to “root” the hair, but I have no hair for her yet. I also don't know if I should give her brown or red hair yet. :/

According to the catalog she is from The Walking Dead, a TV series. But she is pretty cute for a zombie!

The first time I read the book I visualized the movie actors and house. After reading up more on the who was based off who I pictured different people. Chris and Regan were Shirley and Sachi. I pictured Sharon a lot like Sharon Tate. Karl, Willie, and Dennings were still the movie actors though. The house I picture is the movie house too.
