That’s a great post, Father! I guess you’ve read my article about it which I wrote when the trailer came out. I’m not terribly excited about this film, no.
It’d be great to find out if this kind of stuff will be featured on the Blue-ray (great post, Sofia).
Oh damn! Nice find, Justin. I definitely would have scooped these up had I known about them! And at a much larger price! Still, we can take a look at what you’ve found here.
Yes, anticipation has increased drastically given that this is NOT just another rehash of previous DVD versions. Looks like they’ve gone all-out for this one.
The colours really do look great. The blacks are gorgeously black and everything seems so perfectly neutral.
I actually thought of you right away, Sofia. Something tells me you’re going to be super-impressed with the features on this Blu-ray.

For me, The Exorcist has gotten to the point where:
– You can throw any line of dialog from the film at me, and I’ll recite the next lines of dialog.
ie: “Couldn’t you put her someplace else?”
“Like what? Private hospital? Who got the money for that, Dimmy? You?”
It’s *that* ingrained in my mind.– I’ll snap up (almost) anything Exorcist related. A figurine, a bobblehead, an ancient VHS copy in the black clamshell case. Yeah, I haven’t gotten The Exorcist Anthology set, with that Exorcist: The Beginning font.
– I’ll be purchasing the Blu-Ray on Day One… for the supplemental features. That’s what I’m most jazzed about. New stuff, old stuff, whatever’s in the WB vaults, put it on the disc! Blu-Rays can store a ton of info. Just make it the be-all and end-all definitive disc set.The “original” original print, with the possessed Karras jump-cut instead of the morph would be great, but if it ain’t there, well whatever!

That’s absolutely correct. Thankfully he finally realised enough time has passed and fans are EAGER to see it all! Plus, this Blu-ray is going to make some serious cash, which couldn’t hurt his wallet.

How exciting is this new behind-the-scenes footage?!!! Surely I’m not the only one jumping out of my skin in anticipation?! And best of all? This is just the tip of the iceberg! The Blu-ray is expected to be PACKED.
