Hello. We have critical Go microservices project. Need 3-4 senior backend engineers now. Internal team too small. Job market is tough, good Go devs take 2-3 months to hire. Cannot wait. Thinking staff augmentation. Anyone recently hired Go specialists this way? How fast was onboarding? Quality of code? Integration with existing team? Timezones? Budget around mid-range. Any agencies that specialize in Golang or have big pool? Thanks for tips.

Hi, scaling a Go microservices team under time pressure can definitely be challenging, especially when senior engineers are hard to hire quickly. Staff augmentation can be a smart short-term solution if you find specialists who integrate well and understand distributed systems. After reading about intense project demands like this, I usually take a short break to clear my head, and that’s how I found roulettino on a Spanish forum. I started playing slowly, lost a few rounds at first, but then a bonus for players in Spain gave me an unexpected win that lifted my mood a bit.

Finding skilled Go developers in today’s market can be quite a task, especially when you’re under pressure for a project. I’ve been there, and I understand how stressful it can get. That’s why I recommend checking out capospin because they have resources that might help you connect with the right engineers quickly. It’s all about finding the right fit for your team and ensuring they can get up to speed without too much hassle. Don’t forget to consider the importance of clear communication to make the integration process smoother and more efficient for everyone involved.
