I don’t remember the last one… The most memorable one was a lucid dream. I was walking down pavement that was wet from rain. I then came across George C. Scott as Kinderman. This surprised me into thinking “If this were a dream, I would have Lee J Cobb as Kinderman”. Which made me realize it was a dream. I said “I didn’t think you were going to be here.” He said “I didn’t think I was going to be here, either.”. He had been crying and, thinking back, it must have been because of Karras’ death. I went to a library/hospital. There was orange and purple stained glass on the roof. When I went in, I saw Atkins and nurse Allerton at the center desk talking. I found Dyer (in track suit similar to Karras’) and we talked about “Wonderful life” while walking through the hospital with the beds looking like gravestones.
Ryan, Maybe you should check again that I didn’t post anything else after you saved the stuff from my blog… I think I may have added a couple of things after you went there. 😉 Just to be sure. Anyway, if you’re missing something, I still have them, they just won’t be there.
I was put of by the trailer for Carpenter’s The Thing (on tv), but you make a good case for it, granville1.
Gee, must’ve been a few years ago… I caught it just after seeing TVYNS for the second time. I was just thrilled to be seeing another Exorcist movie. I didn’t even know at the time that Blatty wasn’t involved. I’m sure I’m forgetting things, but here goes. First, I liked the scene of Regan walking to the very edge of the roof with the birds. I found it spooky. She looked kind of angelic in the white dress with the birds around her. I liked when she was in the waiting room and got the silent girl to talk. The line, something like, “I heard her talking on the inside, then I heard her talking on the outside”. That she was psychic, drawing the picture of the fire before it happened. Burton’s line “she belongs to me” approx. And when he was about to kill her and hugged her instead… made me think that Karras probably would have hugged her too, if he wasn’t possessed. Anyway, from what I remember, that’s what I liked.

They’re so possessive 😛Haha, happy you like them! 🙂 No shame in loving a bad movie… I adore Rope. 😉 Saaayyy, you could probably set up a Heretic fansite, like you said on another thread, that’s all we need. And you certainly care enough. I’ve only seen it once, but I liked it. 🙂
That reminds me of the story about Jung having an argument with Freud during which a loud bang came from a book shelf. Apparently, the noise came again when the angry Jung had left.
