can granville1 or anyone explain to me in the first children of the corn movie what that entity was in the cornfield at the end? was it satan or a demon. vess said something as a reply but I really didnt understand it! Thanks granville1 and any on for this brief help!!

Vess fist of all thanks for your reply!! I didnt understand what you meant though. Was that an alien in the cornfields or what was that and how did it get there? He Who Walks Behind The Rows what does that mean exactly??? And lastly did it die when they set the cornfield on fire?
I have always personally thought that Linda Blair had a very mature classy look to her even when she was a child. I mean she has a good persona I see on screen how she carries herself! And yes I think she is a very attractive woman!
Wasnt it said somewhere that Mr. Blatty or someone I dont remember, had a VHS copy of the original lost cut to the film? If so this could be a good beginning to see a future special edition.

in the movie children of the corn the first film what was that entity in the cornfield that the children were worshipping. And did it really die at the end of the film?? Only the first film,not any of the sequels

Thanks agin granville1 for your reply. Like usual your expertise helped me again! Sorry I havent read the whole book. But what about the times she had said that the so called demons wouldn’t allow her to eat. How was she doing that? I mean was she doing it to herself and why would she do that? or not touching sacred objects and showing fury towards them? And her superhuman strength like it said when she crushed an apple with one of her hands. I mean what happened to her during these times? no paranormal activity? Her story is so wierd and chilling!!
