Recently I’ve been trying different apps to get more structure in my daily routine, especially around mental health and productivity. I heard about Liven and people say it mixes self-reflection with some kind of guided system. That’s where I’m a bit confused. I’ve used journaling apps before, but they felt too open, and habit apps felt too rigid. So I’m wondering, does Liven lean more toward reflection where you think things through, or does it actually guide you with clear tasks?
