Honestly, I cant take this anymore. This takes so much from our favorite movie its not funny. I thought the Last Exorcism was bad, but now this…. I cant belive it. Now I wish that they would make a remake of The Exorcist. It could be the only way to stop Hollywood from shitting out more and more ripoffs.

I just watched the trailer for this.  It looks interesting.  I try not to associate it with The Exorcist in any way, but that'll depend when I actually see the movie.  Hopefully Anthony Hopkins' presence in this film will bring it much credit.

In the trailer I watched (trailer 2, I believe) they used some music from Bram Stoker's Dracula (when Dracula renounces God after finding Elisabeta dead in his castle), which also happened to have Anthony Hopkins in it.

Hopkins is an excellent choice for most films as long as I block out, “A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti. [Insert Hopkin's original slurping sound here.]
