ParticipantHave a Friend who grew up in Amityville right around the corner from the so called horror house. He lived in that neighborhood when the murders took place & was still living there with the new Family came up with this entire story of all these demonic spirits, Jody the pig, etc … That drove them out. He informed me other than the murders that took place in that house all the other claims the new Family experienced were made up & it's all fiction & a big joke with the locals there.

ParticipantWow!
Hope they respond to you on the information you have.

ParticipantWhen I have a bit of free time to take a few pictures I will post them here.

ParticipantSounds interesting & the best of luck to you with this project. I've seen some of those Regan masks around from time to time. Some of them are spot on with detail.
Satanas
ParticipantI remember seeing it for the first time. There was a surreal feeling in the theater that day & I will never forget that.

Heretic is not actually a bad movie. I've seen far worse. It's just not a movie that stands up to the first one. Heretic kind of goes off in many different directions all at once.

I would guess it’s a facsimile miniature that they moved from Iraq and possibly re-used in the “Pazuzu vision” scene that occurs during the exorcism. Or, if the Iraq statue was really as large as it looks on-screen in the prologue, then they could have done up a smaller one for the exorcism scene.
The statue was made out of fiberglass & then sprayed with various color coats & aged & grained to make it look like stone.

ParticipantReally? A third one? That's something I didn't know.

ParticipantLike all epic, great movies. When the first one goes over the top & becomes larger than life. Hollywood bleeds it for all it's worth with a part two, part three, part four, etc … they tend to flop as they cannot stand up on their own merit. The first exorcist will always be my favorite. Nothing can ever surpass it though I must admit I do like Legion.

ParticipantI happen to agree with you this movie is a weak attempt to ride the wave the exorcist created. A Friend of mine bought me the special edition which has behind the scenes footage, interviews, ect … They actually hired actors when it first came out to faint in movie theatres. I did see the second one & it was just plain awful. The filming quality was the worst I've ever seen & the acting if you could call it acting was amateur at best. Looks as though they filmed it in & around some old broken down house with an unkept yard. If you have not seen the second one you have not missed much.
Satanas
ParticipantI have them all. In particular I really like the first one by far the best

ParticipantActually I have never visited this site before. As I already mentioned I found it by chance & I am indeed new here. As for attacking this other person you have mentioned it's a pipe dream on your part. Another person here started a topic asking if others believed in demons. In turn I responded with my thoughts on the matter & this other person that post almost as much as you do for whatever reason? Maybe he felt it was his divine cyber right decided to go off the rails on me & then you chose to chime in so it's of your own doing meaning the two of you. Not me. If your more than willing to sling it out keep in mind it's not a good idea to throw waste into a strong wind as it more than likely will fly back in your face. I really do not care who you are & your cyber posting partner is here on the site as your nobody to me. I just happen to think due to the massive amounts of post you both have posted here on this particular site you have issues of wanting attention maybe posting on such a site fills the void of basic, general social skills you lack in the real world. Who knows? Anyway if you do not like what I have to post then it's very simple actually. Just don't reply. Unlike you I do not feel it's my divine right to come down on others here that post on the site & then attempt to twist things around once I've been called out. I'm just a fan of the exorcist. It's that simple. So that being said the matter has now been closed & there's nothing more to say. At least on my part. If you happen to answer which I think you will it will just prove my point & that point is you enjoy conflicts & having a soap box to preach & whine upon. You have been called out.
Satanas
ParticipantFollowing others around the site. You must really be bored.
Satanas
ParticipantI see you have come out of the closet.
