ParticipantI just got home. There was barley anyone in the theater! I was kind of disapointed about that. The movie over all was WONDERFUL on the big screen!
The after video clip was interesting. I want to watch it again. Seeing all the sceens with the camera man made it very different. It was a great night tonite!September 9, 2010 at 7:51 PM in reply to: What Are Your Top 5 Favorites Horror Films of All Time?? #23072epicwin123
ParticipantMy favorites are
The Exorcist
The Amityville Horror
The Omen
Nitemare On Elm StreetAnd I don’t have a fifth. I have yet to see Rosemary’s Baby but plan on seeing it maybe this weekend.

ParticipantTwo frineds and I watched the non-theater verison. I didn’t like the movie at all. It wasn’t scary. My mind was expecting stuff to jump out or something I guess. The second one looks more promising.

ParticipantGood points Ceru. I should listen harder next time I watch the movies. I think the one scene where Karras is litening to the recording of Regan’s voice, you don’t know why he is doing it in the movie. I didn’t know until after I read the book.

To Epicwin123: I’m so sorry to hear that your Dad is getting laid off. That’s really too bad…But, at least you and he both get to see “The Scariest Movie of All Time” on the big screen Thursday night (yeah, I wish they were playing it on Friday too, but at least we have the Blu-Ray release to look forward to the coming Tuesday after that)!!
I’m really looking forward to seeing it on the big screen! It should be great. Sadly I don’t have a Blu-Ray DVD player, but I might guess buy the DVD and wait to get a player. Don’t wanna miss the opperturnity.

ParticipantWow, never noticed that.
Luckily I found a theater about an hour away and my dad said he would take me that night cause sadly that is the day he gets laid off. I wish that the theaters would play it on Friday too.epicwin123
ParticipantI have the 2006 Dvd boxset with all the Exorcist movies. That is the oldest I have. It isn’t old at old. I try.
The oldest book is the 1974 purple paperback book.

ParticipantI think it is one of the best instrumental songs. I’m a huge fan of the song. 🙂

ParticipantIt may be that the demon, or whatever you call it, has green eyes. I always thought it had yellow eyes, but maybe they are green.
