I can confirm The Exorcist is due on HD-DVD. Whether or not any extra features will be included is yet to be determined. I am about to post an open letter to Warner Brothers on the main page of this site on behalf of all Exorcist fans who visit The Exorcist Fansite requesting they consider our suggestions for material to be included.
We hope to be in direct contact with their Home Entertainment and DVD release staff (of whom I have names). The letter is typed and is ready to be posted – I’m just getting http://www.captainhowdy.com ready for the attention, including an appropraite comments thread so reasonable suggestions can be posted, and a nice looking page for the actual letter to be displayed.
I know it has been a long time coming and thank you for your patience. It will start very very soon!
Bad smells in an area where a possession is taking place signals the early stages of possession, I believe.
To save Sof having to send it multiple times, I’m sure either Cap or me could upload it somewhere.
I can certainly make an online copy available right here on CaptainHowdy.com once I get a copy. Would definitely happen.
Nice to hear from you Cappy!
Sof, email me your contact and I will add you on msn.
Doesn’t it! Would sit perfectly on your site, too, Ryan, especially as your web goes beyond the obvious work of Blatty and into the majority of his post Exorcist writing/films.
Please, be my guest. I could actually do it quite easily now – the subliminal and parallel imagery sections are just copies from the old website from a few years back – I need to do some updating.
Nice captures, Blizzi. Wow, when you know it’s Eileen Dietz, you can really start to see her face in those stills, huh. Still a creepy-as-hell trailer, though.
Sorry for my delayed reply – I rarely get a chance to check this Off-Topic forum! Welcome to the Exorcist Fansite. I just checked out the trailer for HE WORKS IN A SUIT – and now I wanna see the whole thing! Looks very cool. When will it be posted online (if at all)?
Whatever happened to you, anyway, Ryan? You were full-tilt-boogie here and in on BloodyNews.com and then *gone* all of a sudden, leaving the BloodyNews team in the dark. Now you’re here, back on CaptainHowdy.com, to promote your own website all over again.
Just get tired of the politics? I can understand. I ended up handing BloodyNews.com over to the gang. Life got to much.
Good to hear from you, buddy. Congrats on the website, too.
