I think that Linda Blair’s beauty was about the only saving grace of (Heretic).
I wholeheartedly agree! There are many other positive points about Heretic, but Linda Blair is about the only reason I ever watch it.
Blizzi, when posting a link, press the LINK button, paste in the URL, type the text you want to be hyperlinked (e.g. click here) and then press LINK again.
All, I think the best way – and to save Sof having to make and send all of these DVD copies – is for a high resolution copy to made available here for anyone to see whenever they like.
I believe anything you can make your own while watching any film is what makes it personal to you. It’s things like this that made The Exorcist such a fascinating film to watch. Nice attention to detail, granville1
If you’re going to buy it, do it through THIS LINK so CaptainHowdy.com gets a couple of cents!!
I can confirm The Exorcist is due on HD-DVD. Whether or not any extra features will be included is yet to be determined. I am about to post an open letter to Warner Brothers on the main page of this site on behalf of all Exorcist fans who visit The Exorcist Fansite requesting they consider our suggestions for material to be included.
We hope to be in direct contact with their Home Entertainment and DVD release staff (of whom I have names). The letter is typed and is ready to be posted – I’m just getting http://www.captainhowdy.com ready for the attention, including an appropraite comments thread so reasonable suggestions can be posted, and a nice looking page for the actual letter to be displayed.
I know it has been a long time coming and thank you for your patience. It will start very very soon!
