ParticipantI'm interested in the new extras, and I'm an OCD completist so I'll definitely be picking up a copy.

ParticipantI've been lucky enough to have met her twice at horror conventions (see pic below). A very nice lady, with an amazing memory for her own work. I mentioned how much I'd enjoyed her in Wes Craven's “Summer Of Fear”, and she talked to me for a good ten minutes about it.

ParticipantI have the Blatty-read version both on cassette, and mp3 if anyone is interested. PM me and I'll be happy to help!

ParticipantThe actor you're referring to is the great Scott Wilson, who is also completely amazing in “The Ninth Configuration”. One of my top 5 favorite movies ever, and IMHO Blatty's most underrated film. If you haven't seen it yet, do yourself a huge favor and track it down.

ParticipantI've always loved E2 specifically for its awfulness, but then again I have an extremely high tolerance for bad films.

ParticipantGreetings all!
Sadly, I too was too late to grab the good Doctor's version, but there is another fan edit out there called “Exorcist: The Genesis Of Pazuzu”, and it runs just over 6 hours. It's an interesting concept, an edit of all five films in chronological order, but it can be a chore to get through.
My apologies if this has been discussed before, but I'm new to the board.
