ParticipantLMAO, Jason Miller doesn’t look very hungry in that drawing! “Stone phallus inside”… sheesh. LOL! 😀 😛
Greg
ParticipantLOL, that’s what probably makes it so exciting. She is extremely cute and yet you don’t want to anger the beast inside, LMAO! 😀 😛

ParticipantHi Ben,
I’m so glad your book is out and that it seems to have turned out so well. Yes, if you are planning to do that sequel… please let me know I’d love to be a part of it. Good luck on sales!
Cheers,
GregGreg
ParticipantI’d love to read this book. Sounds beautiful. 😀

ParticipantLOL, this reminds me of a similar question I had while watching the Extended Version of the original 1978 Dawn of the Dead. Near the end of the film, one of the biker guy’s tummy is ripped open to reveal his intestines. For some reason in this version, you’ll hear this loud sound that almost sounds like a fart. Yes, it’s not about ‘the end result’ I’m talking about here– I’m just pondering what that sound effect is and why it is only present in that version. Did the ripping of the gut release excess pressure? The questions can be endless… LMAO! Hopefully, you guys will see how I find this discussion rather satirical. Sorry if I’m not helping it along. 😀 😛

ParticipantWhat’s this supposed to be, Ben? Is this different from your book? 😮
Greg
ParticipantAny new word on this alternate cut? 🙂
Greg
ParticipantDidn’t you just say that, Kane? 😛

ParticipantLinda is still a talented actress. She just hasn’t really had a chance to do much of anything high quality anymore. Even if you watch one of her later films, her performance is still pretty decent despite the film’s subpar screenplay and even subpar fellow actors and direction.
AND WOW, haven’t been on this forum in a while!

ParticipantSpeaking of Star Trek, I wouldn’t say TVYNS commentary is the worst. I’d say of all things Nicholas Meyer’s commentary for Star Trek II was pretty disappointing. He spends most of his time talking about what he couldn’t do and what bothered him at the time. Sure, it may be the truth but at the same time it’s also very annoying to hear somebody complain for two hours while watching a great movie.

ParticipantHaven’t been here in a while.
Ertigan, I just have to note that I think your comments against Ratboy are uncalled for. I understand you were upset, but just because someone disagrees with you or offers a solid argument (despite his own jabs) it isn’t worth snapping back at. I guess my ultimate problem with this thread is that it was started under the pretense of scrutinizing personal likes. Just don’t let any of that get to you. Both of you give valid points and that is all. I’ve never understood the somewhat childish attitude to people having to denounce each other because of a lack of agreement or opinions on a given subject.
So hopefully, we can move on. And you guys can agree that you disagree. 🙂
Greg
ParticipantHa! I got my original script for at least $300 dollars less. I’m a lucky bastard. 😀

ParticipantHi Cap’n, I agree that’s it’s hard to see the text since it’s really close to the color gray that is behind it and much too small. Although I like the look itself, I agree with Justin that it’s not that Exorcist-like. That’s just my opinion though. Our names are also so small that it’s hard to tell who’s who.

ParticipantHey Mike,
Do you remember what the due dates are for these essays because Ben has been gone for a while without answering too much email, and I can’t quite recollect when they’re due. Is it sometime this summer? Thanks! 🙂
Greg
ParticipantThat sounds incredibly interesting! Will the DVD be in NTSC or PAL only though? 😮
