This looks to be the most comprehensive book on The Exorcist yet!!!

 I was just coming on here to write about this- discovered it today. Cant wait to see it in December. Its a 40.00 book so I suspect as well it should be very comprehensive.

I'm in touch with the publisher and captainhowdy.com will be giving this a big push after Halloween. The book looks amazing! I can't wait to get a copy on my bookshelf.

We'll have some exclusives here (images and excerpts) and, in all-likelihood, a giveaway or two.

Cap have you heard about the book possibly having any never before seen pics or we gonna get the standard crop of behind the scenes pics that everyone has seen before?

After that blu-ray release last year, we've seen just about everything there is left to see. Quite honestly, there's not a great deal left we haven't already uncovered, so I'd expect mostly the standard stock.

However, I'll ask what they have planned in way of imagery and hopefully something like that will be part of our sneak preview.

Let's not forget about all those film reels that have eluded us over the years. Some really rare stuff on some of those that have appeared it seems. I've just never understood why the people who ultimately do win them don't do some sort of conversion and YouTube the footage asap.

That's true, Ryan. There are still some rare make-up test prints and daily reels that appear on eBay from time-to-time. Next time that happens, we really should all chip-in and secure it.

I still need to screen and digitize the 8mm digest reel I have. That is going to be fascinating!

I really would like so me more shots of the Dietz Howdy footage. That would be my be all end all request for Exorcist stuff……..And I know Im not alone on this.
