I have been thinking about self-development for a long time. But I always find excuses: either I don’t have time, or I feel sorry for the money, or I think I can handle it anyway. But the more time passes, the more I understand that I can’t do it without outside help. On the other hand, it’s scary to start, because what if it turns out to be a waste of time. How do I know that it will really work? Should I look for a coach right away, or try again myself?

I had exactly the same doubts. But at some point I realized: if I haven’t started in a few years, then I will most likely continue to put it off. A coach became the person who helped me start acting and stop doubting. I recommend reading this article. There are many useful ideas about how coaching accelerates growth. For me, this was a decisive step: I became more confident, started forming habits and, most importantly, stopped procrastinating. I think if you feel stuck, it’s worth a try.
