I emailed the seller asking if he had more rare footage from other scenes coming up, particularly The Trip to Washington scene, and here’s his answer:

“Yes, I do – I will see what I can come up with. Just wondering – how come you did not bid on this auction – it truly went out for a much lower price then I thought it would. Gracias, Jerry”

The sad thing is the winner is probably just a collector of entertainment memorabilia and not a hardcore fan like us. And yes the dealer got the major shaft on this. When all was said and done I was expecting this thing to go for a few hundred bucks.

I would have put a bid of $200 on it if it was to do with The Ninth Configuration or Legion. I’m more of a casual original “Exorcist” fan these days.
