Michael Myers is not human, so that’s why he didn’t die when he got shot in the end of the first movie. And i have also thought about how they could make part 4 when Myers was in flames and got shot in both eyes so he couldn’t see anything.

Carpenter pretty clearly established Myers & Loomis died at the end of “Halloween II” and part III backed it up. I was not a fan of “Halloween IV” & while the later “H2O” was good, the whole point was that “Laurie” would finally kill myers off. Enter; “Ressurrection”. With Zombies’ “Halloween” one gets the distinct impression Myers is dead at the end. Is that the case? Ant sequels in the works.

I wished Halloween IV was Halloween II actually. It works so much better as a sequel. Halloween II had too much needless gore, filled with cliches and terrible acting, expect for Jamie Lee Curtis. I think Donald Pleasence overacted here. He was much better in part IV

I HATED the mask in part 4. But otherwise I thought it was a good effort. 5 and 6 were both disapointments.

I started watching all the halloween films last week-end in a row and was wondering about something? In halloween II why didnt the Shape die after being shot in the first film, and being shot with a gun by Lorei in the scond movie? Was Myers humen? And in II the ending when he is flames, how the heck can he still be alive in part IV and in a coma?? Just answering it logicaly from the movies point of view.

Actually we, as an audience aren’t suppose to know what exactly is Michael Myers. That’s the appeal to it and in this case less is more. It’s for the viewers to speculate.

The idiotic no talent hack, Rob Zombie publically bashes the original and felt that Michael needed a backstory and a motivation and he gave that story in the most white trashy clitched manner.

Demystifying Michael Myers is the most idiotic thing to do but considering that it was done by classless moron like Rob Zombie, I’m not that surprised by the result.
