Kindermans' musings are endlessly fascinating but one such random thought always stayed with me; his susinct review of Eraserhead as being “Long Days Journey Into Goat”. I wondered how much of Blatty's own opinions may have bled into Kinderman & if the writer/filmmaker genuinely disliked the cultish movie by David Lynch.
