I do believe this one is thanks to Justy. Look for it in the CH.com video section ever so soon…

    Ugh. I keep saying that.

You can watch it on Linda’s A&E Biography: Turning Heads.

Hmmm .. I know Blair said her “mother wasn’t the type to sue,” but I wonder if Blair was paid when she turned 18 because of the pain she’s suffered all her life. I remember her appearance on The Mike Douglas Show and illustrating one of the low-gravity body slings and talking about the fact that she did it everyday because she was in so pain after making the film and sustaining permanent back damage. Even Burstyn was rushed to the hospital after the crew yanked her so hard during the masturbation scene. ??????

No wonder the movie is so disturbing! We are watching footage of ppl actually being hurt!

That’s how they did it back in the day, I guess. It’d be unusual to find a scenario like this on a studio film today.

Sofia, do you know where I can find an online version of the “A&E Biography: Turning Heads?”

Also, I think that’s Dietz doing the spinning on the wire over the bed – or – it could be the stunt double – or – the contortionist that did the spiderwalk scene (it’s definitely not Linda in that scene because the face does even match … pay attention to the contortionist’s nose versus Linda’s nose … very different indeed).

Go, Sofia! Are there other parts that you’re going to upload? I would love to see the whole thing. Oh, and I didn’t know that Linda Blair was from St. Louis! Makes me wonder if she wasn’t picked for the role because she may been related to Ronald Hunkeler! 🙂 NAH! Great work (again!), Sofia. Thanks!

Hey Sofia, blessings, my child. Is that “I could upload,” or a “I could not upload.” If it’s a can do, how do we go about me downloading it?

    Thanks, friend!

“Fadder” (Isn’t that the word in The Exorcist that the derelict used in the subway?).

Yes, it’s a “can do” lol. I ripped more parts of the bio and tried to upload on youtube but I’m having problems with this internet explorer. I’ll try again later. 🙂

Thanks, Sofia. I’m trying to do some screen captures and Windows Vista is a bear to deal with when it comes to media playing.

I’ll look forward to hearing from you!

Fatherbowdern, don’t waste your time with Media player there are much better applications out there for that!

Here is a clip I found on Youtube. No sound. It’s got some neat stuff in it (A scene of Linda in the air, spinning slowly) but look close at the very end. It’s when she is being pulled up and down on the bed. When the action is stopped, you see Ellen Burstyn rsuh to her, and Linda is almost in tears.
