Does KMSpico work in 2025 with new versions of Windows and Office, or is it not as effective as it used to be? It will be interesting to know who still uses it, and whether there are any real risks when installing it on a home PC.

Judging by personal experience and what is discussed on forums, it still works, although not as stable as before. There are glitches with new Windows and Office updates, sometimes activation crashes after another update, and you have to repeat everything, still helps many, but it is important to understand: this is a workaround, and it is not always predictable. There are many risks, from blocking activation to potential security threats, especially if you download an unverified version. So you can use it, but with caution.

I used to be super cautious about tools like this, but curiosity got the better of me when I had to reinstall Windows on an older laptop. From what I’ve seen, still works on many current versions of Windows and Office, especially if you’re not using insider builds or very recent updates. The key is downloading it from a clean and trusted source, otherwise, yeah, the risk of bundled junk is real.
