Good use of pointillism … I do see a face (and I still don’t see the “man in the moon”). It looks like a split between Dietz’s Pazuzu on the left and Fr. Karras on the right. Cool find!

I watched the scene and did a slow-mo, but couldn’t find a fog scene to match. It could be digitally enhanced … and one that is well done because I definitely see it too.

The picture looks more like a lift from a poster as apposed to a screencap. My guess is that its digitally mocked-up.
