Just a question about the book.. When Merrin and Chris are drinking coffee and talkiing about names right before the exorcism begins, Chris asks Merrin where the name 'Damien' comes from. He says that it was a priest who cared for lepers on the island of Molokai and that he eventually contracted the disease himself and died as a result. Is this supposed to relate to Karras getting possessed at the end and taking his own life? Just a thought.
