I have been trying to understand whether there is an easy way to compare someone’s Instagram following list from different points in time. Looking at the current list only gives you a snapshot, which makes older changes difficult to identify. Taking screenshots seems possible but becomes impractical with larger accounts. Has anyone found a better way to compare Instagram following activity over time? How do you normally spot newly added accounts?
A year ago, I had this problem. I wanted to promote my Instagram account, but all my attempts to attract an audience were unsuccessful. Then I decided to talk to a couple of experts in the field. One of them gave me some really good advice: looking at the instagram follower tracker accounts of my then-small audience. I didn’t think it would yield results. But after analyzing my followers’ subscriptions, I decided to tailor my content so it would be interesting to everyone. And over time, my account started to gain momentum!
