Chasing Losses Never Ends Well

Every bettor says not to chase losses, yet everyone does it at least once. That urge to “get it back” is so strong after a tough game. It’s more psychological than financial at that point. What’s your trick to stop yourself from chasing after a loss? I’m trying to set limits, but emotion wins sometimes.
