Anyone else get strange extra fees on their Sprint bill? Mine just jumped without any explanation, and I can’t find anyone to clarify it online. Is there still a reliable support line?
This happened to me right after switching my data plan. The bill increased unexpectedly, and online chat didn’t give clear answers. The representative reviewed every fee and explained that one charge was a temporary system hold. Once corrected, my next bill returned to normal. Sometimes hearing it straight from a person gives peace of mind that email replies can’t provide.
