I see the problem for many people is that they see sport only as something serious, “proper.” Like if it’s physical activity, it can only be called that if it’s a super exhausting workout in the gym. But playing football with friends, dancing in the kitchen, riding a bike is cool and useful activity that you can also count as sport. And even if you decided to seriously do strength training, which is now easy to do even without a trainer with apps like https://madmuscles.com/ , I’d advise you to remember that it’s sport becoming part of your life, not you becoming part of sport. You shouldn’t blame yourself if you skip a workout, feel tired, or just don’t want to. Nothing bad will happen from a break.
