My brother has an anxiety disorder, and lately he has not been able to sleep normally at all. He tosses and turns all the time, complaining that his head “won’t shut up.” Sometimes he falls asleep in the morning, but then walks around exhausted all day. He has a lot to do, work, study, and it all accumulates. We have already tried herbal teas, walks, even meditation, but it does not help for long. Has anyone encountered this? Maybe there are apps or methods that really help? I want to support him, but I do not know where to start. Please share your experience.

Yes, my friend was in a similar situation. His anxiety grew due to constant activities and responsibility. Sleep went first. We started looking for how to stabilize the condition, and accidentally came across an article on techtimes.com – How Liven App Can Help You Cope With Anxiety. They talked about the Liven app, which helps cope with anxious thoughts, restore your routine, and create a routine. The mood tracker and sound background for sleep turned out to be especially cool. They also have an AI assistant that suggests what to do on difficult days. I recommend you at least try it. The main thing is that everything is gradual and without pressure.

I haven’t tried this app, but I can say that anxiety is a process that accumulates over time. The more responsibilities you have, the harder it is to relax. I had similar problems: it was hard to concentrate, I was constantly tired, and all this prevented me from sleeping. I think it’s important not only to look for ways to relax, but also to understand the reasons why anxiety arises. Sometimes it helps to just talk about it, without judgment. There are no miracle solutions, but if you are there and supportive, that already means a lot.
