Serial Killer On The Set Of The Exorcist

I find it absolutely fascinating that the x-ray tech in Reagan's first encephalogram (the one with the leather bracelet) whose name was Paul Bateson turned out to be a homosexual serial killer.  This, to me, just adds more intrigue to the film's overall production.  He also was the influence later for Friedkin's Cruising.  To anyone out there who has not read The Friedkin Connection…don't hesitate.  Buy it immediately.  One of the best books on film I have ever read.
