It doesn’t have a date but it sounds like you have the same copy as me.

Can you OCR it for us?

    Way to go, Ghetto!

What’s the date of on your copy? The one I have has Kinderman knocking on the McNeil door with a search warrant. He wants in to ask Regan questions and to see her room.

I think Friedkin did us a favor by letting us assume that Kinderman arrived without any kind of “due force.” It certainly would have made Kinderman appear unlike the “nice man” we know. Friedkin made Kinderman appear so confused just like everyone else when Karras flung himself from the window.

Yeah, I’ll scan a few pages over the holidays in my spare time.

    Justin,

I have a few of my script pages scanned in on here somewhere, but here’s one scene that differs from the final cut:

Thanks, guys! Look forward to reading more.

Do you know anywhere I could actually get a copy of the entire script?

    Justin,

I have mine (with all the scribbled notes in the margins), but I just can’t part with it … but sometimes you can find a copy of a copy online. Pay the least you can unless it’s authenticated as genuine.

    No problem, Cap! 🙂

Postscript for Justin: Notice the different dates and the words “Final.” You will see an important script revision of 8/1/72 vs. 4/24/72. Revisions took place throughout the script (and, of course, throughout production) in July of 1972.

    Enjoy!
