I enjoyed this film. The actress was great.

I thought it was awfully annoying. It had the potential to be at least enjoyable, but then every time the film got interesting they threw in a pathetic horror cliche or cheap “scare”.

I thought it sucked. If you want to watch a film that deals with the story of Annaliese Michel in a mature & believable way watch the german film Requiem (2006).

http://www.timeout.com/img/6990/w513/image.jpgWhat do you think about “The Exorcist Of Emily Rose”(2005)? It’s the story of a 19-years-old girl belonging to a family very religious, that begins to have hallucinations and hear voices sataniche. The crisis hysterical occur for the first time when Emily Rose is at university and become increasingly frequent. The girl begins to speak unknown languages and to take a demonic voice …. then his parents require a priest that exorcised her …
The film is drawn from the story of Anneliese Michel, a German girl who lived this tragic experience for seven years. The symptoms began in *1973* ..
The girl suffered a serious epilepsy ….

I believe that this film resembles in many things to “The Exorcist,” what do you say?
I did not much fear, even if the satanic verses issued by the girl are appalling.
The actress who innterprets Emily Rose is Jennifer Carpenter.
I continue to prefer the incomparable Linda Blair!

Anneliese Michel was possessed. This was proofed by Dr. Felicitas Goodman.
