I had a question since pazuzu isnt mentiond in the novel, how could pazuzu bring the gemini’s spirt into karras’s body when he was still in him when karras jumped out the window? wouldn’t that have to be like lightning switch for the demon to get the gemini’s into karras? And supposedly where did pazuzu go and why no mention of him?
…Fiction whose sum total from the first novel and movie differ in key ways (primarily in characterization) to the “true” (in most respects)sequel novel and film. Blatty changes his mind on things, making ANYTHING possible. And while confusing and a tad annoying to those looking for consistancy, it manages to deliver so — to be frank — we forgive these issues or at least disregard. 🙂
