    Hi community. Growing health-tech company here. We closed big funding round and now need to double engineering fast. From 11 to 22+ people in next 4-5 months. Full hiring will take too long and be expensive. Considering staff augmentation to bridge the gap. Who has experience ramping up quickly this way? How many people did you add?
