Paranormal Task Force: The St. Louis Exorcism

The folks over at Paranormal Task Force recently brought their site back online after a short absence. This is good news for fans of The Exorcist because it also means their page devoted to research into the 1949 St Louis exorcism is back online.

The ˜actual’ exorcism, which was reported in local newspapers back in the day, inspired a young William Peter Blatty to eventually pen a story about similar circumstances. The text became a number 1 best-seller, and the film it inspired is still the highest grossing horror film of all time.

Complete with images and detailed information, Exorcist fans interested in discovering more about the story which inspired Blatty need to click here.

Thanks to Blizzi in our discussion forums for the heads-up that the site was back online.
