ParticipantA while back, I refilled my Simple Mobile plan expecting everything to switch over instantly, but my data just stopped working. Calls and texts were fine, but no internet at all. Checked https://simple-mobile.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to look if this was a known issue. Turns out, sometimes the system doesn’t reset properly after a renewal. Manually switching the phone to airplane mode for a few seconds and then back helped reconnect to the network. If that doesn’t work, updating the APN settings might be the fix.

ParticipantSet up my FloSports account a while back, everything worked fine until one day the login just stopped working. Password reset didn’t help, and the error kept popping up no matter what device I used. Checked https://flosports-tv.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html for similar issues. Turns out, certain accounts get flagged for security reasons, which temporarily locks access. Customer service confirmed the issue, and after verifying my email, the account was restored. Keeping a backup login method saved time in case something like that happened again.
