I have to agree with you Justin, Even though this concept is not one I would do, I did for a while try in vain to get footage from both movies to mix and match, but it just dosn’t work beleavably, Thats why what I do have from ETB is kept to the absolute minimum.

I think Izabella did a pretty good job considering the Shit-I mean script she was given to work with.
As the Demon she Gave a great physical performance and great facial expresions.
I think Having her character being possessed wouldn’t have been so bad if it hadn’t copied the Linda Blair Makeup.
My big problem with that makeup was the cuts on her face, No reason is given for it. I would have showed her possessed and Digging her fingernails into her face and makeing those cuts.

I prefer Clara, Her Performance really isn’t that bad, The character has been through alot, and I wouldn’t expect her to act Like every other female lead in movies.
Also She’s not Really Glamorized or Exploited. I like the respect her Character is Given, it’s rare in todays movies.
I understand Her and Merrin Kissing in the Cave, The logic behind it was obvious, But I truely Love the fact that Merrin Kisses her on the cheak at the End,again thats rare in todays movies, and it would have ruind the movie if he had kissed her on the lips at the End,although I would have 🙂

James Robinson Reminds me of the Infamous Producer’s of Highlander, Peter Davis and Bill Panzer, Theve run that franchise into the ground, I Loved the original Highlander movie and Liked the tv series very much, but they ruind the sequels and especially the lates movie, HIGHLANDER:THE SOURCE, they havent had a so called official release of it yet, they say they are still “Re-Editing” the movie to please Lionsgate Films.
But for some unkown reason it got an Official DVD release in Russia last month, it’s the Producers original cut they submitid to Liosngate in October.
Highlander Fans started ordering it from Russia, I was one of them of course.
Most of whos seen it are very dissapointed if not apalled by it.
I feel the same about it as I do ETB, Many agree it’s the Last Nail into the coffin of an already dead franchise.
James Robinson must bee Very good Friends with those producers.

Im finding myself in a strange position rite now, Ive looked at a rough cut of the Fan cut, I like it, but So many things that need more work, most of the fx are there, a little bit of the new sounds and Music, Throughout the second half of the movie, the firs half is more finished.
But there is alot of things that need to be refined and polished, some things need to be re-done, the second half of the Movie the colors are a bit off and washed ot in some places, and theres a rough texture to alot of it.

I Want to Continue this project until it’s what I intended, or as close as possible.
But It’s taken so long to get this far, first I wasn’t sure what the Vision really was, then months of finding a workable Video Compression, then Loosing all the work and starting over, then compression again, then having most of the second half done but with Horrible quality.

It’s been close to a year since I officialy started this project, and I was already playing around with the idea and doing tests rite after the official DVD release.
How much Time until Im really finished, I don’t know, Most fan cuts Ive seen of Movies were basicly thrown together, with very bad picture and sound problems, and don’t think most of them took quite as long as Im takeing.

Because Of what Ive seen in the past, and because I know This can still be done, I am trying to have this live up to the line “I am Perfection!”

For this Cut I want to be able to say “It is Perfection”

So Ive been thinking, What If I let people see this rough cut, see whats been done, Perhaps make suggetstions to what esle can or should be done, and of course find out whether what Ive done is any good or not.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????/

Unfortunately I can’t upload it personally, My Computer’s not able to upload something like this, Id have to send a copy of to someone capable of Uploading it.

I only have an 80GB Computer, so theres not alot of space, Ive tried differn’t Codecs, pretty much anything I find, Ive saved it as AVI,MPEG,WMV,Vob.
What it came down to was saving the source footage as AVI files, with an avi Codec called DVSoft, then I Use Magix Movie Edit Pro, and save them as Magx files, I and from there I do the editing.
I Magix is like a $50 program, actually pretty decent for the money, my bigist problem with it is the Chromakey Compositing is very primative,Usually comes of looking worse than the weather man.
It’s all I could afford, and about all my computer can handle.
I also use many other things to achive some of the fx, I dont have photoshop, but I have a photo Workshop thing that lets me do things to still images or frames, and I use what I make there on magix, and for some things I squeeze in several frames of an effect a second,and create an animtted Alphamatte that I can place over certain shots.

Thanks, as i said its rough footage, im working on the sound and picture seperatly, Ihe new fx are what Im working on at the moment, and after thats all pulled together I work on the sound.

Im beginning work on the Exorcism Now, After Ive cut everthing together, I have to go in and start doing alot of sound work for that half of the Movie.

I had a couple Ideas about something to do.
Every Time I hear Merrin say “This Earth is not Your Dominion!”
I visualise in my head ashot from space showing the northern Lights in the atmosphere, I thought It might be neat to show a shot of that, But I had Know Idea what it would look Like, then later I found these
