I am a 50yrs young man, I live in Manchester, England, I am a chef, where I have a great passion for food, both creating and enjoying, I was married for 22 years but divorced 5yrs ago, I have two children from my marriage, a Daughter 21yrs, and a Son 18yrs, I now have a significant other, I enjoy many things, reading, creative writing, the internet, Music, food, and movies, I have been a fan of the Exorcist since first reading the novel in my late teens, well before seeing the movie, the beauty of the Novel is that you create your own imagery, which in such a case can be more horrific than what the movie portrays, a strange coincidence is that I have a strong interest in ancient civilisations, and therefore I had studied the cultures and beliefs of many of them, and how gods, deities, and demons had a strong impact on the lives of these civilisations, and through that was aware of the demon Pazuzu, a manifestation of famine and disease. I consider myself an expert on the subject of the Exorcist, not solely as a horror novel/movie, but it's deeper messages, and themes, and how the film makes a very true statement about the collapse of morals in society, All this aside, I am quite a dichotomy, where I am introverted in many ways, but outspoken in others, I hope I am likeable, I am well spoken, and eloquent, verbally and literary, and would never offend anyone intentionally, unless warranted, I love debating many topics, and enjoy the thrill of debate, and seeing how many people have a totally different perspective as myself, on a whole range of subjects, to impart knowledge opens the gate to further education, and hopefully I can educate as well as be educated whilst taking part in the forums.
