Here’s a curly question, CH.com visitors: Would you like to see CaptainHowdy.com cover films such as this with news and updates? And indeed other films in general?
I am 100% certain no Burke Dennings death was filmed, nor ever screened for he public in any way. This scene simply was never shot.
How these people claim to have seen it I have no idea. Are you sure they aren’t mistaking it for seeing Karras roll down the stairs at the end of the film? I’d think this is more than likely the case.
I’ll admit The Heretic is really growing on me as of late. When I was younger and watched it on the back of The Exorcist, it failed miserably. This would have been the case for many people.
But lately I have fund nostalgic values within the film. When not comparing it so much to the original (which is kinda silly because it IS a SEQUEL, but anyway…) when you let it be a film unto itself, its actually not all that bad.
My ratings,
EXORCIST: 10/10
HERETIC: 6/10
LEGION: 7/10
E:TB: 4/10
DOMINION: 6/10I would say it just looks like a life from the film however the huge hotspot on the bed to the left of the shot tells me they were also lighting/blocking at the time. Interesting. Justy where did you find this that says that’s Eileen up there?

I have no qualms with either of you and you are both dedicated members of captainhowdy.com, but please try and cool your posts down a little. Disagree, sure – but personal attacks or name calling is getting too overboard. Please remember to show some respect even to those who are merely reading along.
Thanks, guys.
Justy, CaptainHowdy.com cannot feature ‘download here’ links to save the videos, so they will be streaming from the video section.
Yes please lunuso_! We can provide it for everyone here, then! Wow big video section re-launch coming up! I also have a Linda Blair documentary I am uploading.
Yes I have the 88 minute version. I will provide it here on captainhowdy.com as soon as I convert it to flv and have it uploaded to my server.
Professor M, two full commentaries from Blatty and Friedkin can be found on the 25th Anniversary disc.
