Who slaps her?

This is something I've puzzled over for years.  It's in the scene where the doctors arrive and Regan is thrashing and screaming.  After she says “F**k me!” she thrashes around a bit more, and then there's a loud slapping sound with a red hand mark appearing on her face.

Who slaps her?  Does the demon do it to her telekinetically (is that a word?), in the same way that he's been grabbing her and throwing her around on the bed?  Is she slapped by one of the doctors?  By Chris?  Or, possibly, does she do it to herself?  The camera work at this point is very shaky and it's hard to tell exactly what she's doing.  The camera only settles down at the moment when the slap occurs.  But just prior to the slap,  her right arm flails out in a big arc and then we hear the slap.  Sorry for this crummy screen shot, but it's hard to capture.

My own interpretation favors the demon slapping her with an invisible hand.  He's not “in” her yet, and is out and about in the room, attacking her from without.  But it's very ambiguous, probably deliberately so.  Any thoughts?

It's a good question. IMO it has always been the demon and goes right along with the prior part of that scene with Regan being “demon handled.”  :)  If you get really particular, you can actually wonder why the demon is left-handed or whether he is right-handed and back hands her face?

From what I remember from the book the demon makes her slap herself.

So that's why it's better in the film to not show something so direct as it coming from Regan! (Perhaps Willie came in very quickly and slapped the shit out of her!)

Father O'Malley might say the slap came from Billy Friedkin!

I’ll second this discussion from the perspective of someone who’s been playing for a while. Over time, you start to notice details you never noticed before. For example, how quickly you find the game you need or how convenient it is to switch between sections. These little details are what made me stick with https://wageon-h.click/72736/6384?l=3989&utm_source=frm Everything is logically structured here, so you don’t have to waste time searching. Plus, new games are released frequently, which is also important. This is often discussed on the forum, and I completely agree—convenience is key.
