Or….the Catholic church is hot to get their hands on a 2000 year old relic, a Spear which pierced Jesus Christ. It fell into the hands of the occult-loving SS during WWII & unbeknownst to the Vatican, Hitler slobbered all over it. Years later, a minister named Karl (who had a son named affectionately; Gemini) travels into south america with a team of marines led by Kane. With the blessing of the church, they storm a neo-nazi compound & seize the fabled spear. The Vatican then gets a bunch of bio-engineers, bio-tech manufacturers, etc to spend a decade or 2 honing their cloning technique. Eventually, they get lucky and create a boy who may be the re-incarnation of Christ on earth or a clone of Hitler. Then, new murders begin to plague goergetown…some have their heads twisted 180 degrees & all have the MO of Gemini killings. Kinderman investigates. All the victims are the bio-engineers who worked on the clone. One of the victims could be that Cocoa-Puff (was that his name?) guy from Exorcist II who diddled with grasshopper DNA. Anyway, there is a hot lady minister working at the Georetown Universty with troubled kids. Kinderman knew her as a possessed child with a penchant for twisting heads & wonders if RM isn’t up to her old tricks…or maybe it’s one of the kids…could Gemini be inside the cloned boy? It all ends up with a big vomitous exorcism with flying furniture & rowing oars everywhere as the lovely RM seeks to expell Gemini from the boy. Kinderman observes with the fabled Spear in hand wonderling long and hard about sticking it into the boy who might be Christ or might be Hitler. For a nice, Jewish man, that’s quite the delemma. THE END. (Who farted?)

Regan insists that the Aunty gets out of the house and lives a little. So the Aunty does so, while Regan is alone in the house, she hears a noise coming from the kitchen, so her curiosity getting the better of her, she goes to investigate. She finds Sharon in the Kitchen making a sandwitch. She tells Regan that the demon has found out that Regan is a Higher Power that just a Spiritual healer and that if she is not careful the next time the demon attacks she could die, thus giving her power to the demon. After this encounter she goes to bed feeling a little sick.

The Next afternoon when the Aunty is making lemonade Regan sees the face of something that looks familiar in the window, Father Merrin, he too warns her that the demon is back, but also that the demon was collecting the soles of “sinners” becuase of there Envy, Greed, Pride, Sloth, Gluttony, Anger and Lust, this had made him “super demon” as Regan Calls him, she knows that if she doesn’t recrute the help of some people she willl surely perish to the demon. She contacts Father Lamont, who informs her that, “God Contacted me, and said, Lamont, you shall be the guardians of the poor soles who hath sinned.” Yet he feels that the people who have sinned soles are missing. That night while aunty is alone, she is brutaly attacked by the demon, to which he yells, “WHY THE FUCK DID YOU LET HER GO.” She is then beaten again and then killed. Regan feels the the demosn presence is getting strongger. So she leaves the town, unaware that the Demon has yet agian made its way into her body.

On the train she show some peculiar behaviour. She talks to her slef and when people look at her she throws obscenities at them. Her face the cuts it self in one place. When she arrives at her stop she gets off to see Father Lamont arriving on the Platform, she calls to him and tells him she think Pazuzu is now inside her once again. SHe screams on the station as the demon takes full control.

Father Lamont starts to recite the Rite of Exorcism, and the Demon Screams in pain. She falls. Just came across my mind. It is a little silly. It´s a sequel to The Heretic, and has Regan, now 19, living with Father Lamont and working on a child help center. In the center, she meets Jenny, a 12 year old girl who has an imaginary friend – Captain Howdy.
Jenny tells Regan that Captain Howdy says he´ll hurt her if he doesn´t does what she wants. Regan takes the girl to sleep in her house one night, and the two are horrified by an ancient evil which breaks into the house and tries to attack them.
She later finds out that, Jenny came from a very small Catholic town, where she healed the sick. Her mother believed that Satan has arrived to the city and did some sort of ritual to get the demon away, but she ended up locked up in an asylum.
Regan knows the child is in great danger, and, once she arrives in Jenny´s room, she´s levitating in the air and doing something (I´m not sure what, but, sort of like the crucifix masturbation scene) and Regan falls off the window and gets impaled by the gates outside the house.
It´s up to Lamont to save Jenny for good, so he kidnaps her and takes her to the church to perform and exorcism. The exorcism is sucssefuly made, but the demon tries to kill them, and hunts them throughout the church, bringing the place down, so, they hide in the cellar of the church, were there are the tombs of the dead bishops and priests. The demon ends up possessing Lamont, who kills himself. Jenny cries over his body, but, since she´s a “healer” she brings him from the dead and they leave. It seems that everything is back to normal, and Jenny is finally saved. But one night, when she´s alone at home, she hears Captain Howdy calling her, one more time…

    There is no coincidence . . . merely destiny . . .

Iraq. The present day, where death is a mere heartbeat away. Mary McNeill (Linda Blair) is a 50-year-old Catholic missionary who, inexplicably, is the lone survivor of a roadside bombing.

Rescued and taken to a medical camp, she meets Father William Merrin (Stellan Skarsgård) a Catholic Padre and the son of Lankester Merrin’s illegitimate child, born before Lankester took Holy Orders.

A series of grisly deaths profaning both God and Allah forces Mary and William accept the possibility that they are dealing with more than just human violence and that the demon Pazuzu is at work again.

William and Mary each have dreams of Lankester Merrin (Max Von Sydow) urging them to face the demon on its home turf.

Ultimately, they must risk all to face their destiny in the ruins of Nineveh and drive out the demon once and for all.

Father Merrin knows his grandfather lost his life fighting Pazuzu. And Mary knows more about God and the Devil than she’s saying . . . but that was in another life when she had another name!
