Hatter, thank you for sharing. I think you’re on the right track. It’s an ambitious project, but through your trial and error I think it sounds like it will all be for the best. Recoloring only certain scenes I think is the way to go. I think that last one you shared was very, very effective at not only being creepier (without it being silly), but also resembling the Friedkin film more closely.

I’m staying tuned. Take your time with this project, just don’t quit it. It’s too intriguing to go unseen. And your clips thus far indicate real quality, craft, and care.
