Best off-plan projects for Golden Visa in 2026?

    Hello guys. I’m from India and planning to move part-time to UAE. I want property that qualifies for Golden Visa (2 million AED+). Which off-plan projects give the best value right now? I like luxury areas like Palm Jumeirah, Downtown or Dubai Hills but maybe too expensive. Are there good options in Abu Dhabi or RAK too? What developers are safe? Please share your thoughts!

    Hi! For Golden Visa through property, 2 million AED is the minimum now. Many excellent off plan properties in dubai give this option. You can see full list here. They show projects like Emaar Palmiera Collective at The Oasis (starts 9.3M), Jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island (Abu Dhabi, from 2.1M), Park Lane 2, The Grove at Sobha Sanctuary and others. Developers like Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Aldar are very reliable. Many give extended payment plans up to handover + post-handover. Abu Dhabi projects often give faster visa processing.

    Also check Yas Island and Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi — prices are rising fast there. Dubai Hills Estate still has few off-plan villas around 3–5M that qualify. Avoid unknown small developers.
