DreadCentral reports that Eileen Dietz, the famous face of Captain Howdy from The Exorcist and the woman who played Linda Blair’s stunt double (in now-obvious scenes) throughout the film has been cast in director Rob Zombie’s latest horror project.
Halloween 2, the sequel to Rob’s 2007 Halloween remake/reboot/re-imagining/ began shooting on Tuesday 24 February, and Eileen was cast the day before. One could speculate she has a minor role in the film having been cast so close to production. No official word on her role has been released.
Halloween 2 will be in theaters August 28.
