ParticipantIn terms of using the names in Legion (which I still have to read..), maybe he wanted to keep that connection with The Exorcist. I doubt he was unable to think of new names because. well.. They're just too similar. This also made me think of how many 'Williams' were involved in the production of The Exorcist =P

ParticipantI realized that a while ago, I was heartbroken. ='(

ParticipantFinally got around to actually watching the movie on BR.
I love the packaging, seems to be what most re released blu rays are like now. You go into the special features on both discs and you're just overwhelmed with special features, which were all great. I've only seen the 30 minute or so version of the FoG documentary so it was nice to see the extended version, love it.. Although I'm still wondering what Friedkins secret signal was to roll the camera and sound =P. Seeing how he would “kid” Linda into doing these harsh scenes was also very great to see in 'Raising Hell'.
As far as the movie goes, it looks and sounds absolutely fantastic. Amazing, clear and vibrant colour yet not harsh or overpowering. Listening to it through Pioneer SE-M390's the sound was great.. It can get really unnerving watching it at night with heaphones, haha.

ParticipantWhen Regan says this line, it is the voice of the Director Burke Dennings, Blatty describes it in the novel. It is the demon getting into Chris' head as it does with other characters (i.e the demon talking in karras' mothers voice at an attempt to further deteriorate his faith) it also hints that Regan could have very well been his killer.

ParticipantThanks for sharing FB, I love how they clearly block out the Coke logo when you can clearly tell what it is.. Staring you right in the face. =P
Linda looks like someone I know in the 7th picture believe it or not.. Creepy.
As far as the 14th picture of Ellen talking with Billy.. I can just image the conversation “Hmmm, are you sure this is safe?” Hehe.
