I would change the line “It was the Dominicans, go blame them” to ” It was the Mexicans, go blame them”.

    PROS:

Make it a mini-series, you can show the movie in 2 parts. Of course, some scenes will be edited or filmed for the TV version, but when it comes out on DVD, you can make it more graphic. Make it like it was written in the novel. I wanna see Karl’s drug addicted daughter and Burke being murdered by the demon Regan.

    CONS:

If you make it a theatrical film, they will probably use some young director that won’t understand what The Exorcist is all about. The director will probably think it’s all about pea soup vomit and heads spinning with flashy MTV cuts. I say, let’s wait another 25 years if they make a re-make. I don’t want no Weinstein brothers involvement or the guy that directed the Transformers. I want the remake the way the novel was written, you can’t beat the original, it was made well, so that you are scared.

The version they show on AMC is the old version, not the new version you haven’t seen.

The running time on mine is 88 minutes from demonoid.com, so the torrent there does work.

Will you be adding BEYOND THE DOOR AND ABBY to your video section?

I have SANIB from the Philippines if you want that for the video section. You can also get it from demonoid.com, but it has no subtitles, just in tagalog.

If they were to cast a black actor for Kinderman, I would cast Danny Glover. Let’s make Regan an asian. lol

I’m not laughing, maybe I should ban myself from this website. Maybe I should also stop watching that show with the bounty hunter on A & E. I’ll stick to Benny Hill for laughs.

Hopefully, Lt. Kinderman gets their on time and is carrying a firearm. He hears the commotion upstairs and runs to the room. He sees a deranged Fr. Karras beating up a defenseless 12-year old, so of course he might have to shoot him, avoiding any future sequels. Get it, he’s killed in the room, no Legion novel .

I remembered being scared by that book, cause it had pics of the demonic Regan in it. It took me some courage to look at it finally, but I found the book to be interesting. I have the other paperback by Peter Travers, which is a good read too.
