ParticipantCaptain, I can email you the interview, it's intact and better sync. It's a small file 106 mb, so I think I should be able to send it. Cheers.

ParticipantThere’s a better copy on Youtube. if you type, Howard stern show- channel 9 show- episode 14 (1990). The whole show is there. I’m trying to download it using realdownloader then I will try to edit just the interview part and then put in on my page (tinypic website) then post it on the discussion forum. Paul Pfeiffer A famous artist made some miniatures (dioramas) of famous horror movies which He titled Scenes of horror. He made a replica of Regan’'s room and from Amityville horror and Poltergeist. Pretty cool. Enjoy.

ParticipantHey, Captain, it was not an official release, but a bit torrent I had found. the site is the pirate bay. The file is 11gb. Other movies like Dr. No, were released in 3d. It was reported that it came from China, a James Bond site had reported this on their website. I saw this one in 3d, but I was not impressed. They do have programs that convert the 2d into 3d, works good on cartoons. I don't waste my time on conversions anyways. Can you accept a large file through your email? Take care.

ParticipantI happened to see a 3D version of The Exorcist, a fan had made his version through a program you can purchase on the internet where you can convert 2d movies into 3d movies and vice versa. I had to watch it using a vlm player you can get for free in the internet. The way this 3d works is the image is 2 images of the movie playing side by side, so you get a double image then you press the 3d button on the vlm player that merges both images together giving you the old 3D effect that they used to show in the movie theaters in the 50's and 80's. To watch the 3D you have to wear the old 3D glasses with the red and blue lenses and that's how you watch this version on 3D. You can convert your your own Exorcist movie into 3D or any other movies. Someone had made Dr. No into 3D but there was nothing really spectacular watching it with glasses. The same with The Exorcist, nothing spectacular with the 3D conversion. Some movies were not meant for it, but if you want to try it. The tools are out there even the 3D version, that's all I have to say about that.

ParticipantWilliam friedken should've put more energy into his other horror movie, THE GUARDIAN. I got to see this gem in the theater and he didn't even use his own name on the credits. I forgot the name they use when directors don't want to be associated wiitht their film. I'm curious about what he did to the FRENCH CONNECTION. I saw the new version of CRUISING with the additional subliminals, but he went too far adding penises entering asses. He adds new music and sounds in this one. Go figure. I hope in the blu-ray of the EXORCIST, he doesn't go too far in adding more subliminals of Captain Howdy. I hope they use the original spiderwalk, not the blood pouring out of her mouth. I wish they could film Burke Denning's murder as a subliminal. Just use doubles and include it as Chris Mcneil is told by Kinderman that he was killed by a very powerful movie then cut to a subliminal shot of Regan killing Dennings, Your thoughts.

ParticipantFB, the reason I began this post is because of the missing sound efect in the original. I remember in the theater in 1973, no airplane effect introducing GEORGETOWN, it was a subtle scene. I know the airplane sound effect is in the original during Fr. Karass conversation with the other priest. I did hear the original with 5 speakers in my car, no plane sound effect, trust me.
