You are very welcome! 😀 I hope I can help… If the idea I just posted there isn’t what you’re looking for, I’ll try again. 😉

Aww, I don’t know how to thank you! Thanks so much! 😀
I’m going to type a passage on Fan Fiction right now.

I’m flattered 🙂 Just promise that when you get published that granville1 and Blizzi will get a mention. 😉 I’m working on becoming a writer myself. (Whether I’m good or bad is another matter entirely!)

Oh and Blizzi, I meant if you could help me too, with the writing.
lunuso was actually my father’s email account. Lu is short for luis (his name) , nu for Nuno (my brother) and so, for Sofia. 😉

I was asking anyone who would answer. 😉

Lunuso, my given name is Steve.

Blizzi, I presume you were asking lunuso how that name was chosen. But if you were asking me, I just lifted it from the Granville character in Dominion. The numeral 1 after Granville might be interpreted as “Granville won” if so desired.

On that subject, how did you choose your username? I think I chose mine because it was snowing that day… Blizzard, you see. Bah! So creative! 😛

Hey, what’s your real name, granville1? I already know Blizzi is Jane. It’s so weird people calling me lunuso! lol!

    You can’t be serious.. You’re modest. :))

Thanks for the nice words, but I meant I’m not a creative writer, i.e., I don’t have much of a sense for realistic characters and dialogue…

Jack Macgowen (Burke Dennings) previous film was oddly enough King Lear.

I went and read that Bill Johnson review.

    Very cool!

Its made me want to go back and re read the original book which took me YEARS to work up the courage to read cause the movie had scared me so bad. After I read it though I fell in love with it.

Reading it as an adult will be an altogether different experience I think.

I recently read Legion for the first time and more than a horror story it was like a twisted fable about the philosophy of Angels and religion. The discussions I had with friends about it were more like those you’d have about C.S. Lewis.

Yeah, Legion’s theme seems to be dualism as symbolized by:

    the two Vennamun brothers,

the Gemini Zodiac sign of “the Twins”,

Amfortas’s experience of the doppelganger / the “good”, healing Amfortas vs. the “evil”, murdering Amfortas

the two heavenly orbs, one God, the other “the Angel”,

the two spirits inhabiting Karras’s body,

the complentarity of the brotherly relationship between Kinderman and Dyer and Kinderman and Steadman (if I recall the name correctly).

Dyadic metaphors aplenty, like you said, but not so much horror as in The Exorcist.
